Steps to Become a Resident

STEP ONE

Tour the community, meet our residents and staff, complete a Residency Application, and return it with a fully refundable $2,000 deposit. Applications will be processed in order of their position on the Priority List. The deposit will reserve your choice apartment, once available, and will be applied toward your entrance deposit. Should you wish to withdraw your application, 100% of the deposit will be promptly refunded.

STEP TWO

Once an apartment is reserved an information booklet with a sample Residency Agreement, Personal, Physician and Financial Forms will be provided to all applicants. Completed forms should be returned as soon as possible. Upon receipt, a health interview will be scheduled with The Willows’ Director of Wellness.

STEP THREE

Applicants will be advised of acceptance and a move-in date will then be discussed.

STEP FOUR

Two weeks from the date of reservation, a 10% fully refundable deposit will be due (minus the $2,000 deposit).

STEP FIVE

The balance of the entrance fee deposit is required to be paid no later than the date of move-in.
